The OM Ya mat is truly the first one that completely meets all of my needs. It's very stable, making downward dog much easier because I don't slip. At the same time, it's a bit thicker, so my knees are well padded when I'm on all fours. Comfortable and non-slip is a rare combination. And the look isn't to be outdone—the oval shape is a real eye-catcher in the studio.
Above all, the bolster is beautiful; you can really feel the craftsmanship. At first, I thought it would be too hard for me because it's so full. But that turns out to be very relaxing for Yin Yoga, as the bolster provides real support in yoga poses and you can lie down on it.
